Three Ways to Engage

Find Your Place in the Movement

RYTT is building a community of tech professionals, organizational partners, and corporate sponsors who believe that every young person deserves access to technology education. Here’s how you can help.

Path 1

Volunteer Your Tech Skills

Are you a software engineer, data scientist, cybersecurity professional, game developer, or any other tech practitioner? Your real-world experience is exactly what our students need. Even a single session — sharing your career story, leading a workshop, or judging a student showcase — makes a lasting impression on a young person who has never met someone like you working in tech.

Volunteer roles available:

  • Program Instructor — Teach a 6–8 week program track (2 hrs/week, curriculum provided)
  • Career Mentor — Monthly one-on-one check-ins with a high school student
  • Guest Speaker — A single 30-minute appearance at a workshop or event
  • Event Judge — Evaluate student projects at showcases, game jams, or CTF competitions

Partner with RYTT

Are you a school, after-school program, library, summer camp, faith community, or community organization serving K–12 youth? RYTT brings engaging, hands-on technology programming directly to your location — at no cost to your organization. If you have the students and the space, RYTT brings the expertise.

What a partnership looks like:

  • We come to your location on your schedule
  • No cost and no technology experience required from your staff
  • We start with a single free sample session — no long-term commitment required
  • Longer-term partnerships formalized through a simple Memorandum of Understanding
  • Programs designed for every grade level, K through 12

Support RYTT as a Corporate Partner

Is your company looking for meaningful ways to invest in Atlanta’s future tech workforce? A corporate partnership with RYTT connects your team with students who are the next generation of engineers, data scientists, and technology leaders.

Partnership opportunities include:

  • Skills-Based Volunteering — Send your employees as guest speakers, mentors, or event judges
